At Edelen Bros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery or local pickup.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following requirements:

Unworn and unwashed – the item must be in its original condition.

Tags attached – all original tags must remain on the product.

No stains, odors, or damage – the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

Original packaging – the item must come back in the way it was shipped to you.

Customer provides return shipping – shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

No final sale items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund minus the 5% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–5 business days to appear after processing.
Local Pickup Returns
If you picked up your item locally in Bardstown, KY, you may return it in person at a prearranged public location. Please email us to schedule your return.
