How does Shipping & Local Pickup work?
We prioritize shipping customers because they have invested in faster service, ensuring the "Hardware" is perfect before it leaves the warehouse.
• Shipping: Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
• Local Pickup (104 Olympia Dr): Please allow up to 7 business days for local pickup orders to be prepared. We do not rush the process; we ensure the result is unique to you.
The Hand-Dye Standard?
Every hand-dyed shirt and piece of apparel is crafted by hand. This means every item is unique and different for the customer. Quality takes time, and we value the result over the rush.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived.
• Requirements: No tags removed, no stains, no scents, and no signs of wear.
• The Process: Email us at edelenbrosprintcompany@gmail.com with your Order Number and the issue.
Please allow 24 to 72 hours for a Senior Official to reply before double messaging us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but with specific conditions. Because we prioritize our shipping customers and our hand-dyeing process begins quickly to ensure perfect results, cancellations are handled manually.
• How to Request: You must email edelenbrosprintcompany@gmail.com immediately with your Order Number and the reason for cancellation.
• The Response Window: Please allow 24 to 72 hours for a Senior Official to review your request.
• The Production Lock: If our team has already begun the hand-dyeing process or the item has been packaged for shipping the order is considered Solid Hardware and cannot be canceled. You can than receive your item and send it back in the condition it came and we will refund your money!
