How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout — typically 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping and 1–3 business days for Express Shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We currently offer local pickup in Bardstown, Kentucky only.
All local pickups are done at a public meeting location for safety. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and place.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
To qualify:

  • The item must not be worn or washed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • No stains, odors, or damage — the item must be in its original condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly. Please include your order number with your return for faster processing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at edelenbrosprintcompany@gmail.com. After that, we may not be able to modify your order as it may already be in production or prepared for pickup/shipment.
